    submodules work with bitbucket tho...

    Also I used bit bucket for a couple of years. Not a bad service, no real complaints, but they do pretty much just play catchup with GH. The only thing they really have is the atlassian integrations and TBQH both jira and confluence are just meh, I'd honestly prefer GH bug tracking and wikis in both cases, less feature rich sure but when you've seen the monstrous shit people like to heap onto Jira you'll long for the good old two state, one queue basic bitch model.

    No one in their right might would use submodules for any decent sized project, they'd be sacked lol... and I rarely use either, only when releasing shit. I have a tendency to release 1.0 and then abandon my project. lol
