China is investing heavily in Africa and has tons of African immigrants and business as a result. A few years ago they had some pro African Chinese propaganda with black face (only unintentionally racist lol) on the New Years Gala, a state sponsored TV special which is the most watched show in the world.

The police are outright telling them to its not even the owners being necessarily racist. This is a state sponsored roundup of all Africans for absolutely no reaaon. They're being put in hotels (sometimes paid for sometimes forced to pay for it) and not allowed to leave for any reason. The police make the employees bring them food

I would bet that the reason is that blacks aren't wearing masks and aren't obeying restrictions, just like in other countries.
This sort of thing is why people need to stop blacks coming into their countries altogether - they exist solely as permanent victim underclass, constantly complaining and looking sad as they are bullied into conforming to the standards that everyone else does. -
