Apparently he had a 'cardiac event' and went into the hospital April 12th where he has been since.
He missed the celebration of his grandfather's birthday on the 15th which just... doesn't happen. Not in North Korea.
A few days ago a Chinese medical team was dispatched to NK. According to one of them the NK doctors didn't know how to handle obesity lol. -
