ever had a pequin pepper before? My mom would grow them and bottle them in vinegar. She gave some to my uncles friend for xmas, this old dude and was just popping them in his mouth but he grabbed one out of the bottle and it popped the juice went in his eye, and he was tearing up but still popping more.. fucking lol
their best a couple mixed with an omlette. -

yeah i agree they do have the texture of a loogy, a cold one... but they taste so good to me anyways. It's just like how I like eating liver and onions.. my favorite dish but a lot of people don't like them because they are "liver" yet will totally go out and eat mcdonalds mystery meat and chicken butthole tenders and not bat an eyelash.

growing up, my father's philosophy was always that: just try 1 bite. If you don't like, don't have to eat any more-
but you'll never know... unless, you don't at least "try" it. I'm typically up for trying all kinds of different foods, for sure.
