Trust me. Guns are needed. I live in the 7th ward in New Orleans, Treme', and there's shootings everyday... We all dodge bullets, neighbors and cops alike at sometime or another. Some are good cops and some are filthy cops, but most in a time of need, do their job, and attempt to keep the bullets flying away from the neighbors. Many die doing this. We have many a funeral. Especially this year! Wushu should be a pre-requisite though, absolutely... Too many out of shape cops -

No. You don't pull a gun unless you're prepared to use it. Else the courts will give the cop shit. Why did you use lethal force to wound him? Because you're not supposed to use lethal force unless your life it at stake, you're supposed to shoot to kill always. I'm the only "white looking" (half Norse, half Senegalese) entity in my neighborhood in Nola. Many of my neighbors and friends are hassled and or shot three times more than any entitled white fools. I'm tired of this shit. I saw it daily. It would be worth a life to get "hassled" a bit in court for me. Not talking anyone else, just me. i'm worth less than nothing, so it's no loss what happens to me. I have too much rage to live, and I'm far too fucking mean to die. that's why they call me " D- "
Other lives would have to be at stake I guess. I wouldn't be using deadly force otherwise. There were metal poles there. I would use those against the bat probably.....and win. (laughing) -

Someone could still easily die by being shot in the lower body. Granted, they're not as likely compared to a torso strike, however, if the wrong blood vessel(s) gets severed, its likely game over. Sometimes, people also have to get limbs amputated, after they get shot. -

Adrenaline is an amazing thing...it can keep you going after taking multiple shots. Cops and concealed carry...carriers are taught if you shoot you shoot to kill and get rid of the threat to you and/or others 100%...shooting someone in the hand or leg doesn't end the threat.
The nig had his chance to drop the bat, he chose instead death.

I have just seen a lot of shootings, and seen what they sometimes are capable of, and sometimes not. I've held a lot of wounds closed from such gun shots before ambulances got there, and yes, in one case, I saw a limb shot....mostly off, held together by a skin thread, in a shoot-out near Iberville projects. Tons of blood lost, but he lived. Sometimes though, people get shot in non-threatening places and never come out. one of my friends died from a bloodclot formed near the wound. Shocked everyone the next day. The world's a little darker because he's not around. We all thought he was gonna be the next Arron Neville. Too damn talented for this world.
