Copyright law allows for artistic reuse, but only if it's significantly modified and the result has artistic value or merit. Not just applying an instagram enhancement. -

they uploaded this version off their instagram hotel website which is the exact same thing withoit even giving me credit star trek at least in my thing I gave fireart studio credit for inspirijg it so shows right there what actual businesses do and get away with in europe star trek and have been making money off my work for like a yr now with over 150 likes while mine got like 13. so im gonna start doing the same thing star trek since they get away with it as businesses why not? i even commented under their pic and nothing happened no one even cared. -
