You are such a danger to the world. You expect the company to change it's industry standard policy of knowing how to use Photoshop or any of their propietary softwares over whatever simp program you learned to use.
He also stated Zbrush. which is a 3D painting tool which you seem not to have any experiences with. has a huge learning curve and would probably take you at least 18 months to master before being ceritified for its use.
You simply ask dumb fucking questions of "Why should I be forced to use Photoshop" I mean (laugh) you are going to go to a job interview and yell at the HR person asking them stuff like "Why should I learn your program when I have one at home. Why don't you have this generic program that I have at home and then I'll make some art for you. " then start making all these weird demands like "Maybe I can come into work at say 2pm and leave when everyone else is already gone including the cleaning people and security guard who locks up"
