depression

If you're struggling with depression, remember that you can always reach out to a friend so they can see you as weak and be annoyed by you.

Hey man I was there just a few months ago sleeping in a burned out methlab, living off the foodbank and $200 /month.

Stealing bundy and nutmeg, huffing xylene, iced tea, DPH morning glory seeds.

I never thought I'd pull myself out of that hole. BUT now here I am Friday night long weekend, lots of cash.

You just gotta stay positive and focus on what you want your life to be.

A few times I'd be ready to buy alcohol and bundy/beedrill and collections nicked my entire cheque so I had to sell my chemistry stuff just to get a bud and some beer. That was my lowest point clucking my life's work for a cheap buzz.

I was really depressed and suicidal last year but this forum and trianglism helped me through that, so thanks for that

Yeah I think k I'm depressed these days, but I don't really have anyone to talk to. It's really just a matter of nutting up.

Me too man. Past few years I've always struggled with January's, they've been my worst month, always feeling suicidal and just reckless and wanting to die.

But this year? This year I'm happy as larry. In my opinion I've turned the corner and beaten depression, and I've done it by myself (with the help of you guys and a couple of my IRL true friends). I'm glad I never turned to anti depressants and whatnot.

Never going back to being like that, it's just not worth it. Positive mental attitude

Spring or summer actually has the largest uptick of suicides. I can kind of see why its the most depressing time not to have friends and you have more daylight hours to feel worthless.

Did you physically change anything? I swear the only time I feel remotely content is when I go out in the woods, not even innawoods, just a nice hike somewhere. Usually work and other bullshit prevents me from doing it or even having the motivation on weekends.

Man fuck the world, I'm just sticking around so I can witness the next holocaust.

Not physically no. Just got a couple of real friends, and I guess just getting older really. Honestly I think most of my suicidal thoughts and tendencies stemmed from benzo use. I don't use them anymore and it's really helped me to not be depressed and want to kill myself. In hindsight that's what it mostly stemmed from. Past two January's, 15 and 16 I was with some batshit crazy chick who didn't do my head any good.

Still want to fuck up her mommas grave

Yeah, the latter doesn't really have a good reason behind it. Or if it does it was self-created.

I've found exercise really helps with depression. Feel like shit, go for a run, then feel great. Problem solved.
