He keeps referencing some document from the state health department, but I can’t find a copy of it to see what it actually says. Of course the numbers will be skewed, when you are basing those numbers directly off assumptions and untruths. -

Within a margin of error. No statistic will ever be 100% accurate. At most I can’t see how this would throw the average by more than 1%, even if all 50 states were doing this, which they are not. This is one state health department, of a state which relatively speaking hasn’t even seen a big impact from the virus, issuing a RECOMMENDATION, which doctors are free to either take at face value, or make their own decision based on the facts of each case.
