   Are they worth while, or are they just a gimmick?
   
   I used to have a Pebble Time, it was pretty amazing and did everything I wanted, but eventually the battery died and the company got bought by fitbit.

   I don't really see the point. if you're going to wear a watch it's generally fashion over function, so why go with an electronic gadget?
   
   In terms of function, is it really worth not having to take your phone out of your pocket?
