Agreed, they’re jumping the race card too fast.
A lot of it is that some of largest risk factors, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, and diabetes is rampant in the black community.
I can attest to this from experience. I had only worked for hospitals in majority white areas for years. I travelled to a new hospital to train techs, way deep in the hood. I could not believe the amount of high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease I saw compared to the other 2 hospitals I had worked in.
It only makes sense that more blacks would be affected adversely.😔
