On the local radio this morning a 5yr old kid died after being shot by a "stray" bullet on his apartment balcony.
He's dead now, just another day in shithole Houston.

And the reason this isn't bigger news is because everyone already knows whoever shot the "stray" bullet was black.

I just get the actual news I need from them and ignore the spin.
Sure it's not good that the majority of scrubs soak up the news and spin like they are the bread and the news is the gravy...but what can you do about that? The vast majority of humanity is dumb as fuck, that's not going to change in our lifetime so best not to get wound up about it.
