2020-04-06 at 1:56 AM UTCYou're supposed to kill them afterwards to prevent this.
-
2020-04-06 at 1:57 AM UTCbeing drunk or on drugs should only be a mitigating circumstance to anything if you can prove that someone drugged you

2020-04-06 at 9:58 AM UTCI'm going to put on my legal hat here and say, it comes down to the consent question. However if you are old enough to consent to taking alcohol, and you do and end up having sex with someone then you can't claim rape afterward. It's a bit like, drunk driving, sure you were mentally impaired when you got into a crash with someone else but you chose to become impaired in the first place. Therefore you are guilty of being reckless and should probably face any legal consequences.

They don't even have to be drunk. A woman can take back consent before, during, or after the act. To make things even more fucked, if you get drunk and fuck some chick you normally wouldn't have it's not considered rape on their part. -

Im curious, what age do you believe makes someone "old enough" that someone can now consent to taking alcohol?
