Lets ignore the Chinese girl for a bit and look at this logically.
Follow these steps:
1) Check your apple id email here

2) Then change your apple ID password and setup two factor authentication, follow this

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT2041453) Did you share your details with anyone? This could be a random attack.
Think about it, you're not that high value unless you kept talking to random people and flexing how much money you got. If you have your Apple account linked with your credit card, I would remove it for the time being.
Also, a good idea to run a check on your devices to make sure you didn't download something fishy.
