I spend about 12 hours a day on the computer

2020-03-28 at 12:19 AM UTCThis can't possibly be good for me.
I have a headache right now from looking at a screen all day.
Sometimes I take a break from the desktop, and use the laptop. -

you should get an iPad pro and take breaks on an iPad instead. its more comfortable because you can lay down and use it easily and anywhere on any couch too. then bring it to work and just do your work on it in the company living area sofas. it would be part of the byod so they cant complain what device you use. -
