Idk how much I take, but I took like half of the big bottle of the Walmart brand. Like an orange flavor. It was delicious. And I felt good. I did a whole bottle like a month later and it was raining and I felt good and went walking around in the woods. Later I got the family dollar brand forget what it's called, and drunk the big bottle. It tastes like shit and I felt like I was going to die...a little like Benadryl. Not a good feeling. Better than Benadryl but still not good. -
