    modify a vehicle? i wouldn't trust you to change a vehicles oil. let alone alter its suspension or install a nitrous injection system and reprogram the ECU. you couldn't operate a fucking electric hand drill. i wouldn't trust you to safely use a glock at a shooting range. nobody would ever follow you. you're lucky to be alive under the best of conditions.
