   It's way better since the operation to remove the screws and metal. Far less painful. Once the wound heals up I think it'll be nearly normal, and I think can start doing longer walks and even runs again, which might help me lose some of this weight.

    Physical therapy is just exercise. I will do lots of exercise. I don't see any benefit to making appointments with phsyios to do it - I'm not old or diabetic or bedridden or anything, so I don't really believe I need that sort of supervision.

    Well it was so helpful after my back surgeries. Slow but gradual supervised progress. I’d be afraid of doing too much, but I’m a spaz. My therapist always had to reel me back in.

    I dunno. I just stepped awkwardly I guess. It makes little sense. The ground was flat, and I didn't bang my leg off anything. I tore ligaments as well.

    I broke my fibula below the knee, also broke 2 bones in my heel. I think I might have broke a couple other things too. Tore a ligament - I have a wire replacing it apparently.
