Just off the top of my head I read before there’s some research showing that Asians are admitted for complications from acute asthma at a rate more than twice as much as white people, but the prevalence of asthma is not greater in Asians. Could mean they’re more at risk for lung related afflictions

I still think it's statistically more likely to infect asians, but the huge infection and lethality rate in Italy throws a spanner into the theory.
THat could be because they're the only ones being honest about rates, or just have responded to the outbreak really poorly though -

It's more deadly to asians, and it's about 80% the genetic material of SARS, which itself is also a modified cold virus that historically was a lot more likely to kill asians. Seeing as the Chinese already dealt with SARS, they were more prepared for this outbreak than a lot of other countries would be.
Kinda sad that the elderly have to die so that the younger people can be put on respirators/life support. They basically said "we have to stop treating the elderly because we don't have enough supplies and equipment to treat the younger people if we keep treating all these old people"
Even if at most, the younger people would be simply bed-ridden with very little risk of death (30 times deadlier than the flu, compare that to Hanta virus though and it's still a very low kil-rate) , they'd still want them to continue working for the economy etc

Just because it has OCCURRED mostly to Asians, does not mean that Asians are more susceptible to the virus. By happenstance, the outbreak initiated in the middle of the world's most populated country. Obviously that indicates it is mostly affecting East Asians, who live near the epicenter. -

italy has lots of asians. because we chinks are more productive than those whities, italian factories that make all those 'made in italy' luxury goods and handbags employ mostly chineses to maximize productivity.

2 - also its down to jéwish industrial chicanery. cigarettes in the US were/are engineered for maximum / optimum nicotine absorbtion with countless amount of undisclosed additives.
its possible that cigarettes in china were made with less technology, less engineering, less jéwry and a lot more wholesome, natural tobbacos. what about the japaneses ?
