   A variety of portions of the electromagnetic spectrum are able to remotely control your dna. They can add and delete artificial genetic code to you remotely, at will. From ELF all the way up to visible (optical/optogenetics) portion of the spectrum and beyond. Radio waves, light waves, and ELF waves that the DNA can produce, send back signals for analysis to the control panels. These people are telepathically advanced and their technology is even more advanced. They feel your DNA belongs to them. It's all a game, a smoke and mirrors show. Real warfare is now waged a lot differently. The code of reality, and control thereof being the goal, the ultimate goal in the new warfare.

    I don't know much about that sort of stuff, just that they were also researching this stuff, along with the french and british. They made a lot of progress with it and the elite, not necessarily people who 'control' all the wealth publicly, have these abilities.
