They drive around in these mobile execution vans and kidnap political dissenters away from their families in the dead of night, and within hours they are murdered, dissected, put in cold storage, and then sold for parts. I would love to get a few days alone with these sub-human scum, with a sharp knife, a pair of pliers, a blow torch, and a bucket of iodine. They'd beg to die, but I'd draw it out as long as they can keep coming back to consciousness. At the end, I'd cut their body parts off one by one, until there was nothing left but a squirming torso. Then I'd ask them how loud they're laughing now. See what they have to say then.

So much bullshit.
China doesn't have much in the way of political dissidents, and they are dealt with like they are elsewhere.
It does have occasional killers, rapists and excessively-corrupt state officials, like any other place, and those are dealt with as if they were traitors to the state, which is what they are. -

They aren't - they're all on the payroll of the cartels over there.
And I don't even like Duterte and his anti-drug policies. -
