   Didnt touch her but someone handed me a gift she had gotten for me which was a word I did not know and was supposed to be some signifier of some weird animal that doesnt shit and is supposes to be a good luck charm. Was in the house she had been self quarantined in since she came back.

    Well who is doing the requesting? A request is a request. Now if you mean they are lawfully ordering these people to quarantine, then I'm sure there would be a different result for the noncompliant.
