It's true, we've had a couple of such letters, we also found a little scruffy doll in one box, I guess a kid was packing it or something and they lost their favorite dolly, probably her only possession in the world...sad. -
2020-03-05 at 11:28 AM UTCWell we have to put our masks up at work. We usually have them out to be readily available, but patients are stealing them. They must not know that these type of masks don’t stop corona virus. They are surgical masks.
We now have a screening questionnaire for each patient prior to treatment. I’m seriously concerned it’ll be here soon. Everyone in my family should be ok if they got it, still scary though. -

I heard the loophole to avoid the high costs of blood tests for the virus is to sign up to donate plasma which they do your bloodwork for free and have to tell you if anything negative comes back. -

Not quite sure they’ll get the testing kits. There’s only 75,000 of them coming. I imagine they’ll have to go to hospitals and urgent cares.
There’s a nurse who voluntarily took care of a corona virus patient. Her docs say she probably has it, but the CDC won’t let them test her. -

Which is why Corona virus is actually 10x more widespread than being reported, with only the most severe cases going to hospital and getting tested.
Which means the actual fatality rate is like 0.1% to 0.2%. Go do as Trump says, continue your normal lives until this blows over.
