If there are currently 3,119 deaths and 48,215 recovered.

That means for all that have had and passed the virus would be a total of 51334(100%).

    3,119 is 6.07% of 51334.

Which mean that 6% of reported cases are fatal.

But that doesn't include cases where people have it and think it's just the common flu and are not reported.

there are more undocumented cases than they are documemted ones.

Yeah. But it's still something to read about. Plus it's election year, so hopefully there will be lots of fights and riots.

I just want the year to be the greatest.

for that to happen you (USA) must first have economic prolapse.

people behave like locusts, only starvation will cause them to swarm out of their comfort zone.

    cases:
    92,321
    Deaths:
    3,137
    recovered:
    48,458

the death rate should be measured against all cases, not just the recovered ones and updated as necessary. It's a false number to measure it only against recovered as most cases are mild and pose no threat to the person with it.

So you're at about 2% and as someone else mentioned that doesn't include unreported cases which could be double (or more..or less) than the reported ones.

total cases includes recovered cases, else it'd drop.

    Huh?

of course it includes recovered cases...the 6% though is a "false" stat as it doesn't actually reflect a fatality rate. ALL cases, recovered and still infected should be included.

How many people who have died from it were named "Brian" for example...if there was 1 is that 100% fatality rate?...you get the point.

yea i meant the fatality should be 3000/90,000 X 100.

Too much fluoride and monsanto soy in the diet of the average person. People are pussies these days.
Shit like that won't happen and won't be self sustaining or lasting if it does.

    It'll be over quick

Maybe I'm missing something but it seems to me like it'd be more accurate to measure using deaths vs recovered, since we don't know how many of the active cases will result in death/recovery. It appears as of the main thing throwing this off is unreported illnesses.

When all is said and done and the virus no longer exists, all that will be left will be deaths vs recovered, and of course unreported illnesses. Right?

when the virus no longer exist then these statistics will be meaningless.
