say you got arrested for possessing some marijuana or something and you wen't to court and shit started getting hella intense like u even think u heard one of them yelling YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH but you're not 100% sure because u were zoning out, could u just be like "uhh they were trolling me ur honor" and get off? i mean like how can the judge really know whether or not ur telling the truth?

I think you have a 50/50 shot or at least where I'm at I've got off on some retarded shit, just depends on the judge and the da. I got taken to jail several years ago for spitting in "someones" face an they let me out but I had to go to court and I went and they called my name and I was like "HEARD" and they called the "Victims" name and I just stood up and was like ITS NOT HERE!. And they were like CASE DISMISSED!
But marijauana would be more of a tricky situation, evidently if you have tek, the tek will go back by the tyme they test it and will degrade into something else so they can't charge you with anything, thats what I've heard anyways.
some police are actually "cool" for being cops but some are total faggots I guess like anything, I had some pig pretend like he was going to hit my while I was in cuffs already, like some kinda wannabe power play deal and I didn't flinch at at all and told him to fuck off.

Former ICJ judge here. Technically, he can be charged with taking people from one location to another one without their explicit will and signature. It is also true that he can be charged with putting people in situations that bear the risk of bodily injury and potentially fatal consequences. However, and this is important in understanding how such people are convicted. Jigsaw's intentions also fall into the equation which means that he a) intends to teach his "victims" a lesson for life and thus make them better persons, b) he gives them explicit instructions how to learn that lesson and c) he acts without malice.
Moreover, on the aspect of kidnapping. Evidence obviously would show that he is too frail to actively kidnap someone, ergo this would be instantly dropped in a serious court.
The chances of him being convicted of murder, let alone kidnapping are extremely low, 0.5% tops.

Find out what time the arresting cop works. If he does night shifts, try to get an early morning court date. Officer doesn't show up, dismissed.
