   "123" == 123 should always be false because we have surrounded our string in quotes. Strings and integers aren't the same thing. And they will never be the same thing, i don't care how many equals you put there.

   Seems dumb, but then again if X is an array and 'X+' is a value in that array and Y is an array and 'X+' is a value in that array than Y is 'X+' and so is X. But Y does not == 'X+'.
   
   But python is funny like that with arrays and lists and dicts and such.

   That's from memory, but the point is: is and == don't do the same. Kind of like how == and === don't do the same thing in JS but for other reasons.
