   Paracetamol and ibuprofen can safely be taken together. If you can get something with codeine in it too, that can also be added. All 3 have different pharmacology, so don't interact.
   
   Try to go for the cheapest brand available.

   don't eat too much paracetalol or it'll fuck up your liver
   
   you can load up on NSAIDs relatively safely but they'll fuck up your stomach. if you want something stronger than ibuprofen you can get formulations for cramps/periods (diclofenac etc)
