1.get home from work and fry me and my grandpa some sourkrat and brats.
2.sit down to fry my brain with path of exile, and it tries to update to gay league #9999999999999999
3. it says 2gb and i have 5gb free and it says it used it all. so i delete a sample pack and have 25gb free and it uses all that too. fucking gay.
4. so i delete everything and go to reinstall it again.
5. nothing left to do but take a lot of benedryl
6. i have tiny cinnamon beads and gallons and gallons of ice water
7. i'm receiving soon 'turkis peber' licorice candies, which contain a core of solid powdered ammonium chloride and pepper.
8. cinnamon and licorice combined are a transcendent experience, a burning freezing sensation and odor that is almost more of a word than a taste. what is it trying to say to me?
9. i crush up 4 benedryl and toss and wash.
10. i don't like opiates, but i do like to take a couple benedryl sometimes, and lay in my bed, watching stargate, as my eyes become unbearably heavy, and sleep overtakes me with ruthless certainty, and i drift into dreams like a leaf gliding into a deep, dark pond.
11. also sometimes if i stay awake through the hypnotic effects you can do some things very well, with single minded precision.
12. i take tumeric/curcumin with piperine and ashwaghanda before bed. i wake up more refreshed like that. inflammation is bad and makes you stiff. i need to be limber for the kind of work i do.
13. i also take ecdysterones, which are insect testosterone, and i don't know exactly how they work. they seem to either be similar enough to estrogen to bind to the receptors, thus preventing actual estrogen/xenoestrogen from doing anything, or they do something else. i dunno. they increase skeletal muscle mass, bone density, quality of sleep, and the speed of healing. with no negative side effects. banned in the olympics. good stuff but it smells like rotten milk.
14. at least once a year i wind up reinstalling path of exile, playing a hardcore character (because whats the point if death isn't the end) and then die due to some bullshit and uninstall it. i don't play video games in general.
15. work has been slow. need to bring guitar to work so i can sit there and practice instead of looking at the fucking faggot phone.
16. i should be the one to invent the cinnamon/licorice candy.
