I am in extreme pain and frustration

   I have no idea what happened and I thiught this would go away today but for the last two days my gum bone and cheek bone like toward way badk in my mouth is in fucking pain. The night before eysterday i went for an intense run and when I came back I biught wnd ate an entire pIzza. the pain occured the enxt meoning or yesterday. i am not sure if it is my tooth going bad ways t end or my mouth after the coke and pizza or if it is something in my cheek or guns or if my wisdom tooth or something wants to come out. i dont wven know whicha re those. but i do have a soft gunw ay in the end and on the inside od my cheek some small warts or something.

   i asked for novadaine they didnt have it but biught some dentoseota or something similar and just put it on. it is the furthest to the lower right past the small tooth area of the gum. and no i dont have health insurance.

    Drilling down through the tooth into the gum, cleaning out the infection then filling and/or capping the tooth.
    
    As wellhung said about 2k, Mine was 1200 for the root canal and 800 for the cap...then 2yrs later it got bad again so I had the thing pulled for $180 as I wasn't paying another 2k on 1 stupid fucking tooth.

    but there is no tooth there this is at the end of my gums. so pulling it out would be much cheaper? i cant even see the tooth anyway if it is there so might as well?

    i was just about to get free health care but in those cases government healthcare here the dentists sometimes suck and it takes waiting time or appointments so might as well go private anyway. but if i can just take the tooth out cheaper if its there i will.

    what I can do is just go to the scheduled paid appointment to orrow as well then get the unemployment insurance or government insurance and hwve the public service dentists do it but like zi said I may as well just pull it all out.

    thats pretty good. my neighbor an older gont had an absecc because he did a lot of the psycho candy and it caught up with him, he said it was like they were pulling out a big smelly long booger out of his mouth lol
