Fona's quest to get his license and a new job!
-
2020-02-24 at 7:24 PM UTCHello friends,
I woke up early today to cuss out the landlady who was coming to show the building again.
Malaise really had me down though so when she came i didn't fight or make a scene.
With all day left I decided to go to the BMV and try to get my license back so i can go get a new job.
I took a lyft downtown and after an HOUR of standing in line, I left with a fortune cookie size peice of paper with a number to call.
I walked outside and stood in the rain for sometime while starring off into the distance.
I took another lyft home.
In total it was about $20 for the 2 rides to stand there all that time for a phone number.
Once home i called it and talked to someone who told me to get an SR22 and go back to the BMV with a payment plant application (Chell is printing it out for me).
I had time to call and get 1 quote for $120 down and $85 a month just for an SR22.
With no new job to go to I went to my old job to put in another day.
I need the money and i need to get out early like i did today.
Im not taking vacation to do this...
Anyways I am at work now.
Imma try to be in a good mood today and do a good job.
Love you guys. -
