I don't know where I'd be without it. I generally keep very strict tabs on my diet, and that doesn't include a lot of red meat. Creatine gives muh body dat adenosine di/triphosphate and I never really realize how great this drug is until I stop taking it. I did it today for the lulz and felt kind of depressed/down and my workout was pretty weak. I felt super exhausted after too. I'm curious to see how recovery times would change if I stopped taking it for a week or two.
Really though, even if you don't workout, you should try creatine. It's like 16 bucks for a kilo on Amazon. Cheap as fuck. It'll give you a lot of natural energy if you stick to like 2 or 3g. I take 5g cause I'm a bossnigga tho
