Calling USAID a democratic institution is a joke. For decades the Senate has sought access to their records and been denied. How does the fit in the framework of a republic with democratically elected representation? Or calling the U.S. Department of Education a democratic institution, really? Because that was done by one man, Jimmy Carter, with the stroke of a pen. Neither of those agencies, in fact most federal agencies, are not constitutional. The constitution is comprised of seven articles, everything else is an amendment to those seven articles. The United States Constitution describes how the government is structured and operates. The articles are:
Article I: The Legislative Branch, or Congress.
Article II: The Executive Branch, or the office of the President.
Article III: The Judicial Branch, or the Federal court system.
Article IV: The relationship between the states and the federal government, and citizenship.
Article V: The process for amending the Constitution.
Article VI: The legal status of the Constitution, including debts, oaths of office, and the Supremacy Clause.
Article VII: The ratification process.
These articles don't just empower the federal government in certain regards it also limits it in others. Of the bill of rights the 2nd amendment is obviously the most important as a means to secure all other rights from tyrants. But the most overlooked and almost as important is the 10th amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." This means that any power not specifically granted to the federal government nor denied to it by the Articles of the Constitution are reserved for the individual state governments or barring those bodies claiming such, the people. If the powers of a federal agency are not granted to the legislative, executive, or judicial branch by the articles or amendment it is not constitutional.
The thing you people do not get is that America is a constitutional republic not a democracy. A true democracy is not sustainable as the ancient Greeks discovered to their undoing. Which is why when Lucius Tarquinius Superbus, the last king of Rome, was overthrown in 509 BC a popular uprising established the Roman Republic not the Democratic State of Rome. Unfortunately it feel into empire and eventual decline as all empires must. All Musk is doing is identifying to tools of empire and suggesting budget cuts to that which does not serve the republic and the people it represents.

So Trump will cut spending 5% and get rid of the 5% worst illegal aliens. It's not enuf. The Dems will register illegal aliens to vote and win in 2028.
We need to return to competent, white male rule.
There are several ways to do it:
*Restrict voting to white males over 25. This basically duplicates the US during its ascendancy.
*Have a one-party Nationalist state. We're going to have a one-party state anyway when the Dems flip Texas.
*Have an emperor.
Drastic things need to be done:
*Remove jooz from positions of power or influence.
*Get the brown criminals under control.
*Take back our port cities.
*Get the white birthrate up
*Abolish welfare
*Abolish cash
*Biometric ID (needed to buy anything or get paid)
*Ban the climate cult
*Sell off the federal land for development
*Annex Canada, the Caribbean and the Baja
*Invite in all white S Africans
*Invite in Euros fleeing Islam
Personally, I would move the capital to Havana and tell 90% of the federal parasites they're not coming. Cap spending at 10% of GDP and fiance with tariffs and fees.
