    There was a video of some black guy, I can't remember if he owned it or rented it, but he said he couldn't go anywhere without people taking pictures of it, and others giving him the finger and shouting insults.

    It's a garbage vehicle. A lot of them spend more time in the garage than on the road due to malfunction
