A birthday poem for Kafka

  1. #1
Not as spry as she once was
Not as pretty, good looks are lost
Not as tolerant of others misdeeds
no longer excited by romantic deeds

And yet she lingers on through life
    nobody's lover, nobody's wife
A mother she's not to any small child
Not of interest to a pedophile

On she goes through the daily grind
wondering why she was so blind
to the passage of time which came and went
a wasted life she does lament.

Yet even now there's a glimmer of hope
That things can change it's not all she wrote
If only she could see the answer is clear

    Kafka sweaty
I bought vodka on my bday for obvious reasons. The man asked me for ID then called his colleague over to tell her my age because he was so surprised. I thought I would look ratchet by now but was worried about nothing so idgaf.
