   I have a 4chan /g/ archive from November 2022 called "THE DAY THE WORLD DID EVERYTHING" which I believe is the PEAK MOMENT / DAY 0 ofTHE AI AGE OF THE FUTURE that shows the AI community before it was hypermainstream back when loli art generators, deepfakes, making celebrity's say NIGGER and other such research was at it's height. Now it's all getting shut down for violating copyright but what was able to slip through the cracks is forever game changing and lots of projects went private and underground during that time to avoid scrutiny.
   
   The intention has always been to weaponize this, obviously which is why the government stepping in now while it's early is a problem that seeks to destroy development of new technologies that become more powerful than any regulating force

   is going to be true for all AI/Machine Learning going forward. There is
   absolutely zero way for us common folk to compete without it. Big tech
   salivates at data-based AI because it's virtually impossible for
   individuals to compete. It's not too uncommon to come across a single
   indie dev making a better game than billion-dollar AAA shit, but David
   vs Goliath stories like that don't exist in this field. The amount of
   processing power needed to train these virtually guarantees that nobody
   except for-profit companies can sustain training. You need 100 Davids to
   fight Goliath
