Weed has gotten quite a bit more potent nowadays, it is 10 a gram here and can go as low as.a dollar. 30 dollar OZ exists.

Damn I haven't bought bud in so long but I can only imagine the $30 an o would be pretty poopy and headache worthy. It is definitely much better quality than when I started smoking in the 90's. It was usually Mexican brick, if you were lucky it would be some good Jamaican. Homegrown was usually shwag and cheap as fuck. I do appreciate the progress that cannabis has made in the past decade.
