Sim Cards and Cell Phones in the US

   If I want many(50+) phone numbers(cant be voip). What is the best way to go about it?
   
   Sure I can buy 50 Tracfones but Id prefer one phone and 50 sim cards.
   
   From my understanding, phones get pair with the sim card. But I have never needed this many phone numbers.

   you can just activate SIMs, they don't get locked to phone handsets
   
   
   when you connect to the network it sends both the IMEI and ICCID (phone and SIM serials) so they might flag your account as suspicious if you're using 50 different SIMs with the one phone

   What carreir?
   
   I usually use prepaids through either Boost or Metro and these phones are locked to the phone number.
