Alot of these 'drugs' arent even 'drugs' they are 'pro-drugs' such as heroin. Non active until your body metabolizes it into a psychoactive substance. Similar to psylocibin to psilocin. -

Yeah, I used to take Vyvanse, lisdexamfetamine which is a pro drug of dexamp. When it passes through the liver it cleaves off the lysine molecule and activates the drug, or something like that. -
