I'd totally forgotten about this until a guy I used to work with randomly messaged me.
It was a series of shorts from about 10 years ago that I'd forgotten about - strange puppet theatre with some bizarre horror to it:
after all this time they managed to get funded for a TV series, and it actually works pretty well:
