my mom is selling her house and i wanna do a for sale by owner public lsiting but instead of listing the seller pays 4% of commission fees to hte realitor, i wanna say fuck that, charge more, get paid and cut this nasty hoe who took pictures of my momma's house out, she started at 8% and wanted 4.5 and i could tell she was feeling frisky so i said ya ok, now i got niggas left and right to tryin holla at that open housing, problem is, i don't want people up in my motherfucking moms crib right, and the downstairs guy trying to foce my mom into a sale, which he can by going to court, so my mom got really frustrated and said they're victimijzing me, so i got hte contract of 24 pages and ther's mistakes in it and shit and LIES and i was like ah hell nah, so i did some tweak and got hte guy to come back here and he tried to cross stuff out and hurry my mom to sign it so i shredded the documents in his face and threw them in the air yelling "I WILL NOT BE HURRIED " cuz he wouldn't leave after i said i wanted time to read them an d shit and he kept telling me just to go through them adn this ones just copies an di said i want a day and RFreaked out and my mom was so proud of me
so now i'm fucking with them telling him to get that hoe to give me atemplate of the listing contract and i'mma just do the shit myself with hima nd my momma at the court house with a notary, fuck that lil hoe
and jnow the realitor wantst o call ME back outta the blue so i said no just text or email me, i need these parts ammended,
and myy momma said i get to control how this goes so she doesn't get HOODWINKED by some dumbass niggas i'mma bully the shit out of for my mom and I's amusement.
