    colour - slightly lighter than usual

    consistency/texture - softer than usual, looks like porridge but firmer

    smell - call the poo brigade 😷

    painful - no, felt good, easy exit

    Color: was a good mid brown.

    Consistency: Less then dry. Squish-able but not squishy.

    Smell: normal caca scent I guess. Wasn't overwellming but had a stench.

    Pailful at all?: No, I felt I cleared out pretty well. Evacuated; Affirmative!.

    Amount of tp needed? 5 wrap around palm 2ply x 5.
    2 wipes, 1 from to to smudgehole style kiss, 1 to dab dry, 1 to dab check. Cleaned.

    What time of day, pre shower or post shower pooo, how many poopings today?


    First preshower (extra point) and one 2 hours afterwards. 2 total.

    Poop duration. First explosive wake up shit. I had apple sauce before bed. Good fiber, easy to eat. Had to poo bad when I woke up, grabbed water bottle, sluged most, went to toilet, swiveled my hips to wake the gut. Jumped up n down, sat and long solid snake poop. Felt fucking great.

    Overall?? 7.5/10

    Eat bread made out of chick peas, wheat allergies on the inside aka gluton. Find a recipe.

    I rather drink baby spinach, carrots, yogurt, banana, grapes n a little water (don't add juice, caloric fat) but then load up on scramble eggs with cheese n bell peppers. Start of the morning.

    Chips n salsa are good. Corn is not a gluton. Amazing. I thought they were toxic. But white flour chips are.
