What the heck are "Refunders" doing? Return method? Get a refund and keep the product from Apple,Walmart,Target,Costco

   This thread by Wizard says if he has to do the "Return method" the charge is more than 9%
   
   My friend did a refund with the first person AzzyG and he initiated a return.
   
   Its some sort return fraud
