Set in New York City the film begins in a sewer.
The fecal matter has been infected with a rare virus originating from the poop of non-whites and their inferior genetics.
This poo takes on the form of a monster called "the poo monster".
The poo monster starts devouring homeless who live in the sewers and eventually makes its way to the surface where it grows bigger and bigger until it's a giant monster that covers the entire city in shit.
The only way humans can destroy the poo monster is to lead it to a giant toilet made by the Chinese.
In the end they flush the poo monster and contain it in an underground military base in India.
