I don't run. i'm 50 pounds overweight or idea weight. I have been taking long walks up hills and back down. like 90 minutes worth of time.
the smoke was so heavy today I could barely breath going up hill. though it didn't smell like smoke it wasn't fog I was looking at. it was thick as fog though. I can't stop coughing. and it's supposed to be 95 in the bay today and tomorrow.

It feels like I'm breathing in splinters. it burns and stings. annoying. I wonder if the fire up north is burning Poison Oak. its bad enough breathing in pieces of houses and interior and prolly asbestos siding but Poison Oak is a mother fucker.
