Corona testing.

I the last 24 hours I have heard from two different people that "tested positive" but NEVER took the test.
Last night my brother called me and told me how his brother in law who lives in Washington state went to get tested,waited in line got a call and had to leave.
It was a drive through test so he just got out of line and went home.
Yesterday he got notified from his insurance company that they had been billed for the test and he tested positive.
I told the story to a coworker today and he said the exact same thing happened to his dad,that guy lives in Massachusetts.
The whole thing is fucking bullshit.
Anyone else hear any stories like this?? -
