just expend more calories than you take in; start doing heavy cardio and sit-ups, squats, push-ups and other shiet. also eat good food not food for fat faggots. and KEEP A REGULAR WORKOUT SCHEDULE or it won't work very well

I lose about 5lbs of body weight for every gram of meth I smoke. Maybe you can try that. After doing it for a year I was barely over 100lbs
