   There is this one prison in Indiana that was pure MKULTRA tier torture shit
   They kept them in a room above a heating unit that ran through thr whole prison, the inmates complained that they couldn't breathe hardly and the floor was so burning hot they couldn't stand on it and could roast hot dogs.
