my new job starts at 6am. Im used to being at my other job at around 9am. Trying to get a routine together to get my ass up earlier. What do you do to energize yourself if you get up thay early

It allegedly takes your mind and body about 21 days to get into a routine.
So suffer for 21 days basically.

I read that starting to get up 1 hr earlier every couple days works. I have until the 13th to do this so ill see if that helps. Also i read that cold showers right away will help your body get into a routine. Anyone else ?
