I mean I've done all kinds of other more addictive drugs and I ain't addicted or have any problems with those. The only reason I even drink as much as I do is cause it's legal cheap and you can buy it almost anywhere. I'm not a fuckin alcoholic just because I drink.

When I was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning the doctor recommended me to Alcoholics Anonymous. 3 years later I showed up high on meth after not eating or sleeping for a week convinced there was a roaming group of bandits trying to kill my cats and inject me with rat poison. This was a few months after I showed up with self inflicted cuts all over my body and had to get 27 stitches and pull a guy off his vacation because he was the only surgeon in town. The only good thing that came out of that day was that there happened to be an asian guy interning at the hospital and he got to learn to do stitches for the first time ever on me.
I think I mostly pissed off that hospital staff so much with my "Antics". They shipped me to a mental hospital while I was tripping on meth to fuck with me.
So I guess my answer is no alcohol hasn't really fucked with my life as much as I can do while sober.

I kinda feels like that is what it means to be an alcoholic, or at least a former alcoholic. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
