I was taking 10mg in the morning, 10mg in the afternoon, and 5mg in the evening. Dosage worked well for me.
Main reason I went off dexedrine was due to drinking. Firstly, dexedrine will make you capable of doubling your alcohol intake without feeling drunk. This makes it very expensive when you have a daily drinking habit. Secondly, my liver was working overtime. When I got my bloodwork done as part of a physical for taking dexedrine, they mentioned my liver was working OT.
I simply stopped taking it about four years ago. Now I'm considering going to my doctor and asking for him to put me back on the magic little red triangular pills.
Any positive experiences with amphetamines here?
lol, ironic. You should do that to honour a dead homie.
Anyway, no, not positive ones. I took addy, dexerine, concerta, and zenzedi for a few years and none of them positively affected my life, only negatively.
concerta was the least negative actually even though it wasn't the best feeling. less sides and distracting.
It went hard on me physically and mentally and I strongly feel like that shit is really bad for your health even if they say it isn't, which is wrong. I mean go ahead if you want by all means, but it was only negative for me. Of course I was an irresponsible teenager at the time and have some health problems it worsens.
I've thought about getting a script to stash/sell/keep on hand for special occasions but it's not worth the trouble for me.
